Project Summary

Most B2B brands struggle on TikTok – and the ones that do best usually don’t look like B2B brands at all. The platform’s audience moves fast and has little patience for content that feels corporate, over-explained, or clearly produced by a marketing department. For a marketplace like Boom & Bucket, the challenge is getting a genuine business proposition across in a format where the average viewer makes a stay-or-scroll decision before the first sentence is finished.Josh MacDonald, founder and growth strategist at Boom & Bucket, came to VORTEX.video with two recorded takes of a founder-to-camera pitch, a detailed script, and a visual reference pointing toward the production quality of high-end automotive advertising. His goal was a clean, modern TikTok video that communicated Boom & Bucket’s value to contractors buying and selling used heavy equipment – without feeling like a corporate explainer dropped into a consumer platform.

We reviewed both takes, selected the stronger performance, and built an edit that delivered the hook immediately, held the pace that TikTok demands, and closed with the branded Boom & Bucket outro Josh needed for consistency across his content. The result was exactly what Josh described as his benchmark: polished, modern, and genuinely made for the platform it lives on.
