Project Summary

Wellness product commercials walk a narrow line. Too polished and it starts to feel pharmaceutical – clinical, cold, unconvincing. Too raw and the product looks cheap, which directly undermines a brand built on quality and natural ingredients. The edit has to do something specific: make the product look genuinely good without making it look manufactured. That balance is harder to hit than it seems.

Azam Kassim, founder of Hab Shifa, came to VORTEX.video needing a commercial for their Black Seed Oil product. Hab Shifa is a wellness brand centered on ethically sourced, science-backed natural health products – and the video needed to reflect that positioning clearly. Professional enough to earn trust, natural enough to feel real. Every visual decision had to serve the product story rather than compete with it.

We handled the full post-production and delivered a commercial that Azam described as visually strong and engaging from beginning to end. The balance was right: sophisticated enough to build credibility, honest enough to feel like something a real wellness consumer would trust.

Founded by Azam Kassim, the brand centers on ethically sourced products that help customers take genuine control of their health without relying on synthetic alternatives. The Black Seed Oil product is a core offering – backed by both traditional use and scientific research – and needed a commercial video that communicated its value as clearly as the product itself delivers it.

Azam came to VORTEX.video with a precise brief: professional without being artificial, polished without being glossy. The video needed to respect the brand’s natural positioning rather than present it through the lens of generic commercial aesthetics.
